Every week, my goal is to provide you with a tasty balanced meal plan that helps deliver the nutrients you need for a healthy and happy week.
My meal plans start from the nutrition recommendations of the food pyramid. In a nutshell: lots of fruits & vegetables, different types of complex carbs, protein from various sources, less meat, less and better fat. I choose the fruits, vegetables and fish that are in season, for maximum freshness and taste.
And of course, I prioritise taste, because and if it doesn’t taste good, it doesn’t get on the meal plan!
